Responsibilities:
- Lead research and engineering for Agentic AI and Cognitive Computing components (design, prototype, and productionize models).
- Architect and deploy RAG pipelines, document ingestion, conversational orchestration, and self-healing ML systems.
- Build end-to-end MLOps workflows for sovereign cloud environments (data pipelines, training, CI/CD, monitoring).
- Develop anomaly detection, predictive models, and clustering for autonomous infrastructure optimization.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and product teams to meet sovereignty, compliance, and scalability goals.
- Produce reproducible experiments, technical designs, and transition artifacts for engineering teams.

Requirements:
- MSc or PhD in CS, EE, ML, or equivalent experience with a strong research/engineering track record.
- Deep hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow), Python, and model deployment.
- Experience with RAG, NLP systems, large-model orchestration, and production MLOps (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong knowledge of data engineering, time-series/tabular modelling, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
- Prior work with sovereign/cloud infrastructure, secure deployments, or regulated environments is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, experimental rigor, and ability to move prototypes to production.
