Responsibilities:
- Take technical ownership of the data warehouse and evolve its architecture, data models and quality standards
- Apply dbt strategically: modular models, tests, documentation, refactoring and reusable Jinja patterns
- Improve performance, scalability and reliability of the Redshift-based warehouse
- Develop and operate data pipelines with Airflow, ensuring clean orchestration and stable runs
- Define and enhance governance, observability and data quality processes to detect and resolve issues early

Requirements:
- Several years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer or similar role
- Strong SQL skills and practical experience using dbt for transformations and testing
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Snowflake or similar) and Airflow
- Solid understanding of data modeling, performance optimization and production data workflows
- Interest in business processes, data-product thinking and improving governance and documentation
- Comfortable adopting automation and pragmatic AI-assisted approaches to improve the platform
