Responsibilities:
- Lead the evolution of the data warehouse from MVP to a scalable, robust platform
- Use dbt for modular modeling, automated tests, documentation and reusable Jinja patterns
- Optimize performance, scalability and reliability of the Redshift-based warehouse
- Build and maintain data pipelines in Airflow, ensuring operational stability and clear SLAs
- Establish and promote governance, monitoring, data quality and documentation standards
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer or comparable role
- Very strong SQL skills and proven experience with dbt and complex data transformations
- Practical experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Snowflake) and Airflow
- Good knowledge of performance tuning, observability and production operations for data workflows
- Business-oriented mindset, data-product thinking and strong collaboration skills
- Willingness to adopt automation and pragmatic AI-supported tools to improve the platform
