About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, build and deliver data products and BI tools that unlock operational workflows and increase automation.
- Translate business questions into concrete data solutions and provide clear, data-driven guidance to business leaders.
- Create dashboards, reports and self-service tooling to improve visibility and measurement across operations and commercial teams.
- Elevate data literacy: document standards, run trainings, and promote consistent use of metrics and definitions.
- Lead multiple projects, share best practices across the Global Analytics team and mentor colleagues.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in analytical roles mapping business problems to data solutions.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one BI/visualisation tool (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
- Experience delivering data products, automation and stakeholder-facing analytics.
- Project management ability, proactive mindset, strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Passion for data literacy and improving efficiency through tooling and automation.
