Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute electrical and optical characterisation of devices and arrays to measure IV behaviour, optical output, uniformity and efficiency.
- Operate manual and semi-automated probe stations to validate device behavior and bridge lab-to-production results.
- Lead accelerated life testing and reliability studies; investigate degradation pathways and failure mechanisms.
- Analyse large probe and test datasets (JMP, MATLAB, Python) to identify yield trends and performance variation.
- Translate data into actionable engineering recommendations and communicate findings to R&D and production teams.
- Develop and refine measurement methods, test strategies and end-of-line verification processes.

Requirements:
- 6+ years in the semiconductor field, with at least 2 years in Device/Product Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in device physics, measurement techniques and hands-on probing/characterisation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (JMP, MATLAB or Python) and working with large experimental datasets.
- Experience in reliability testing, failure analysis and tracking long-term stability trends.
- Proactive problem-solving, strong communication skills; stress-testing/thermal characterisation and III–V/optoelectronics experience are advantageous.
