Responsibilities:
- Operate and evolve production Kubernetes (EKS) clusters: upgrades, Helm charts, CRDs and operators.
- Own CI/CD and GitOps workflows (GitLab pipelines, ArgoCD), build automation and bespoke tooling in Python/Go/Bash.
- Run and maintain observability and reliability stacks: VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch and tracing (Jaeger/OpenTelemetry).
- Administer managed data services (Aurora/Postgres, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka) with backups, recovery plans and monitoring.
- Design and implement AI Operations: LLM gateways, model proxies, automated infrastructure-change reviews, runbook generation and deployment anomaly detection.
- Participate in resilience testing, security hardening and SRE best practices; support cross‑team incident response.
Requirements:
- 5+ years hands‑on Cloud/DevOps/SRE experience operating scalable production services.
- Strong AWS experience (EKS preferred); familiarity with GCP is a plus.
- Proficient with Terraform (or IaC), Kubernetes tooling, Helm and GitLab CI/CD.
- Solid Linux and networking knowledge; scripting in Python or Go and Bash for automation.
- Experience with observability, monitoring and runbook/documentation practices.
- Comfortable collaborating in English across distributed teams.
- Nice to have: Karpenter, Istio, ArgoCD, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, ELK/OpenSearch experience.
