Responsibilities:
- Maintain and scale managed Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, author and maintain Helm charts, CRDs and operators.
- Lead CI/CD and GitOps efforts (GitLab pipelines, ArgoCD) and build automation tools and scripts in Python/Go/Bash.
- Operate and monitor core data services (Aurora/Postgres, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka) including backups and recovery procedures.
- Manage observability and tracing stacks (VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Jaeger) to ensure system health and SLOs.
- Drive AI Operations initiatives: integrate LLM tooling into pipelines, automate change reviews, generate runbooks and detect deployment anomalies.
- Collaborate on resilience testing, incident response, and platform reliability improvements.

Requirements:
- 5+ years hands‑on Cloud/DevOps/SRE experience with production Kubernetes and AWS as primary cloud.
- Strong Linux, networking and infrastructure-as-code skills (Terraform preferred).
- Experience writing CI/CD pipelines, maintaining Helm charts and automating tasks in Python or Go.
- Knowledge of monitoring/observability best practices and database administration concepts for Postgres/Aurora.
- Clear communicator in English and comfortable working across remote/distributed teams.
- Advantage: experience with Karpenter, Istio, ArgoCD, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB and ELK/OpenSearch.
