Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, debug, and improve computer vision and 3D perception models for ADAS (detection, classification, instance segmentation, traffic signs/lights, lanes).
- Work across the full ML lifecycle: data collection, labeling, training, evaluation, iteration, and deployment-ready models.
- Build scalable data pipelines, including auto-labelling and pseudo-labelling, to accelerate model development.
- Create and run offline perception experiments (lidar, multi-view, extra frames, maps) to improve data coverage and label quality.
- Design fast online perception models suitable for in-car production constraints.
- Use 3D tracking and reconstruction to generate labels and close performance gaps; own evaluation and metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience building and shipping CV-focused deep learning systems; strong applied ML engineering skills.
- Familiarity with 3D perception concepts (LiDAR, multi-view geometry, tracking, reconstruction) and sensor fusion workflows.
- Comfortable owning work end-to-end, including large-scale dataset generation, evaluation, and iteration.
- Proficiency in relevant tooling and ML frameworks, and experience optimizing models for real-time inference.
- Pragmatic problem-solver used to working under product constraints; automotive experience is a plus but not required.
