Responsibilities:
- Own strategy, roadmap and key results for the Meta domain that connects 50+ games to the JustPlay platform.
- Identify and prioritise high-impact cross-game opportunities balancing player needs, business goals and technical constraints.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery: discovery, design, build, launch, measurement and iteration.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Data and game teams to define scalable, reusable components and platform integrations.
- Define hypotheses, design experiments, run A/B tests and use results to inform prioritisation and product iteration.
- Manage trade-offs across multiple initiatives while keeping stakeholders aligned on outcomes and metrics.
- Promote a feedback culture: share perspectives, challenge constructively and incorporate cross-team input.
Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience in mobile or B2C digital products; experience with mobile games, gamification, loyalty or rewards is a plus.
- Proven ownership of a product area or domain, including strategy, prioritisation and measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical, data-driven mindset; comfortable defining metrics and interpreting experiment results.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, game teams) and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to think in systems and design solutions that scale across a portfolio of titles.
