About the role
Responsibilities:
- Define and own ad traffic quality and fraud-prevention strategy across impressions, onboarding, engagement and monetisation.
- Design and deploy real-time detection, anomaly analytics and intervention workflows to reduce abuse while minimizing player friction.
- Partner with data, engineering and operations to build scalable detection pipelines, alerts and response playbooks.
- Prioritise and optimise fraud KPIs (false positives, chargebacks, fraud velocity, user friction) using iterative measurement.
- Run A/B tests and experiments to validate detection models and user intervention flows.
- Influence product and UX design to embed fraud-resilient ad experiences and sustainable monetisation.
Requirements:
- 4+ years product management experience, ideally in AdTech, monetisation or behaviour-driven digital products.
- Strong analytical, data-driven approach and hands-on experience designing and measuring A/B tests in risk scenarios.
- Practical knowledge of ad monetisation, attribution or ad network ecosystems.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with engineers, analysts and ops to deliver scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills; experience with Trust & Safety or KYC is a plus.
