Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of monthly reporting for insurance partners; ensure timely delivery (1st working day target).
- Produce accurate bordereaux and claims/underwriting/reinsurance reports with zero or minimal discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies; perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Design and maintain reporting processes, controls and automations to improve accuracy and scalability.
- Partner with engineering and operations to improve data quality and build automation for repeatable reporting.
- Communicate with partners to gather requirements and incorporate feedback to improve NPS.

Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in insurance reporting, claims analytics, or a related role supporting insurers or TPAs.
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills for data extraction, transformation and reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of insurance reporting concepts (claims, underwriting, reinsurance, bordereaux).
- Exceptional attention to detail, a bias for root-cause analysis and process improvement.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, manage recurring schedules and deliver accurate outputs under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with stakeholders across engineering and operations.
