Responsibilities:
- Identify operational bottlenecks in claims workflows by working directly with claims handlers and ops teams.
- Design, build, and ship agentic AI automations end-to-end (full-stack) into production that act on real claims.
- Take ownership of system safety and risk: design guardrails, monitoring, rollback paths, and validation suites.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, ops, and product to iterate on deploys, scale agents, and reduce false actions.
- Maintain production reliability: logging, observability, CI/CD, testing, and on-call where required.
- Move ideas from discovery to live features rapidly and measure impact.
Requirements:
- Product engineering or AI/ML experience shipping features end-to-end into production.
- Practical knowledge of agentic AI systems (automation that takes actions), including risk and failure modes.
- Full-stack development ability to implement frontend/backend and integrate models into production pipelines.
- Strong focus on correctness, safety, testing, and operational robustness.
- Comfortable working closely with users to discover problems and iterate quickly.
- Willingness to work on-site in London and contribute in a high-intensity, collaborative team environment.
