Responsibilities:
- Support Tax service delivery by designing and implementing automation, data extraction and visualization solutions.
- Perform data analysis, cleansing, transformation and dashboarding to meet business needs.
- Gather and prioritise business requirements with stakeholders and convert them into functional/technical specifications.
- Orchestrate data collection from databases and other sources; build repeatable ETL processes.
- Model and interpret data to produce reports, insights and recommended actions for stakeholders.
- Own a portfolio of projects: manage roadmaps, deliver proofs of concept and support rollouts with training and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with IT to integrate solutions and ensure governance and compliance.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python and experience with ETL tools and processes.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; familiarity with Alteryx and RPA is a plus.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills; able to present findings clearly and drive action.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and write clear functional/technical specifications.
- Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple projects with a focus on quality and compliance.
