Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, secure and reusable AI and data architectures tailored to insurance business domains (underwriting, claims, pricing, finance, risk, customer).
- Lead architecture discovery, technical scoping and end-to-end solution design for AI transformation programmes.
- Architect and implement LLM, RAG and agentic AI solutions with grounding, orchestration, governance, monitoring and audit capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams (AI engineers, data scientists, product specialists) from prototype to production while embedding responsible AI and security controls.
- Advise senior stakeholders on AI adoption strategies, target-state platforms, value realisation and regulatory/compliance implications.
Requirements:
- Proven consulting experience designing enterprise AI/data solutions, ideally within insurance or financial services.
- Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, RAG patterns and agentic AI orchestration, with practical solution design experience.
- Cloud architecture experience across Azure, AWS or GCP and familiarity with data platform and integration patterns.
- Strong data governance, responsible AI and regulatory compliance understanding for highly regulated environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills; ability to translate business needs into executable technical roadmaps.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
