Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment workflows.
- Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP; implement cost-aware architectures.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation or Pulumi) and automate provisioning.
- Deploy and manage containerised applications using Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
- Monitor system health, set up observability (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK) and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Enforce security best practices: identity management, logging, vulnerability scanning and patching.
- Collaborate with backend developers to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
- Drive automation to reduce manual toil and improve scalability and resilience.
Requirements:
- ~3+ years experience in DevOps, SRE or Cloud Engineering with hands-on ownership of production systems.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with at least one cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation/Pulumi).
- Solid Linux, networking and scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go or similar).
- Experience with monitoring and alerting stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) and performance troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with security and cost-optimisation practices for cloud infrastructure.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally; on-site presence in Lisbon expected (relocation support available).
