Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage Kubernetes-based Infrastructure PaaS and AWS platform components.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, ArgoCD) to automate deployments and releases.
- Implement and configure Istio service mesh for traffic management, security, and observability.
- Create Terraform IaC for provisioning and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
- Improve developer experience by providing templates, modules and DX tooling for repeatable workflows.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and respond to incidents to maintain high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design scalable, secure fintech services.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE or similar hands-on roles.
- Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes operations.
- Proficiency with Terraform, GitLab/ArgoCD, Helm, Ansible and service mesh (Istio).
- Solid Linux troubleshooting skills and scripting (Shell/Bash) plus programming in Python, Go or Java.
- Experience with distributed systems and databases (Elasticsearch, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Ability to work in an international team; B1+ English.
- Bonus: designing high-availability systems and building custom Kubernetes operators.
