About the role
Responsibilities:
- Participate in full lifecycle development: design, implement, test and deliver new features in an agile team.
- Develop and maintain microservices and APIs for highly available collaboration products.
- Contribute to DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, monitoring and production troubleshooting.
- Incorporate AI/ML tools and automation where appropriate to accelerate delivery and improve product value.
- Produce clear documentation, write maintainable code, and support sprint planning and peer code reviews.
- Learn from and contribute to team mentoring, training and knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software/Electronic Engineering or related analytical field.
- 4+ years of professional software development experience with strong coding abilities.
- Experience in Java (preferred) and familiarity with Python, C++ or JavaScript is advantageous.
- Practical knowledge of microservices, Git, CI/CD and basic DevOps practices.
- Good problem-solving, communication skills and a quality-focused, collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model and learn new technologies on the job.
