Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical lead onsite for customer engagements, translating deals into deployed AI solutions.
- Integrate and deploy the AI platform into complex enterprise and ERP landscapes (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, B2B SaaS).
- Modify, fine-tune and optimize LLMs and AI-agent workflows to match customer processes.
- Rapidly build prototypes and PoCs, present technical solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
- Perform data wrangling: clean, normalize and structure heterogeneous real-world data for model ingestion.
- Feed learnings back to product and engineering teams; run knowledge-transfer sessions.

Requirements:
- Native-level German communication skills for frequent client interaction.
- 5+ years full-stack experience with Python, React, TypeScript, SQL and API design.
- Hands-on experience integrating software with ERPs and enterprise systems (REST/GraphQL, webhooks).
- Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents and model fine-tuning.
- Strong data-wrangling and system-architecture skills to prepare messy real data for ML systems.
- Customer-facing mindset, strong initiative and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and support relocation as required.
