About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered features: design, implement and ship full-stack solutions.
- Architect scalable backend systems, APIs and microservices using Python and modern cloud platforms.
- Integrate LLMs and other AI models into production workflows; optimize inference and UX.
- Build and improve customer-facing UIs using React and TypeScript.
- Ensure system reliability, performance and incident response at scale.
- Use containerization (Docker) and IaC (Terraform) to manage deployments and infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with product and design to translate complex workflows into usable software.

Requirements:
- Strong full-stack experience with Python (backend) and React + TypeScript (frontend).
- Proven track record building production-grade, scalable systems and APIs.
- Practical experience integrating LLMs or modern AI models into products.
- Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure), container tooling and Terraform.
- Good understanding of distributed systems, performance trade-offs and production debugging.
- Self-driven, high ownership mentality and clear English communication skills.
