Responsibilities:
- Own design, build and launch of agentic AI systems: retrieval pipelines, orchestration and tool-using agents.
- Create scalable data architectures to ingest, organize and serve large volumes of unstructured data.
- Implement model serving, monitoring and observability for LLMs in production.
- Develop automated benchmarking, evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to measure model performance.
- Integrate AI capabilities into product surfaces and collaborate with frontend/backend teams (React, FastAPI).
- Drive rapid prototyping and iterate quickly in an agile, high-growth environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience deploying and scaling LLM-driven systems and autonomous agents in production.
- Expert, hands-on Python skills and strong engineering discipline.
- Deep knowledge of retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks and data architecture for unstructured data.
- Experience building automated evaluation/benchmarking and continuous feedback loops for models.
- Familiarity with model serving, monitoring and observability best practices.
- Product intuition, ownership mentality and ability to operate in a fast-paced onsite team environment.
