Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end system design and delivery: scope, implement, test and deploy production features that drive revenue.
- Build and scale autonomous AI calling/dialer infrastructure and high-throughput AI Inbound SDR workflows.
- Implement closed-loop intelligence: post-interaction insights, proposals and targeting signals feeding campaigns.
- Design and operate high-scale data pipelines: web scraping, AI-driven qualification and optimized list-logic.
- Work across the full stack using TypeScript, React (Next.js), AWS, OpenSearch, ClickHouse and observability tooling.
- Collaborate closely with product and cross-functional teammates in a fast-paced, on-site engineering environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience at a top-tier tech company or equivalent high-performance environment (FAANG or similar) is required.
- 3+ years professional experience for mid-level, 6+ years for senior candidates; startup experience and adaptability preferred.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and React (Next.js) and strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, performance).
- Practical experience with LLMs, autonomous agents or RAG systems and building data-driven production features.
- Strong ownership, ability to ship rapidly, debug complex systems and work on-site full time.
