Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, test, deploy, and operate fullstack features using Kotlin on the backend and TypeScript + React on the frontend.
- Develop scalable transport planning and optimization components for the Transport Management System (forecasts, scheduling, execution, settlement).
- Break down features into stories, plan sprints, and deliver via continuous delivery with automated tests and observability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align priorities, integrate real-time data, and improve performance and cost-efficiency.
- Continuously improve code quality, documentation, and system reliability in a cloud-based microservices environment.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of software engineering experience with strong JVM/Kotlin backend skills.
- Proven frontend experience with TypeScript and React and ability to deliver fullstack features.
- Solid SQL skills and experience with microservices, cloud architectures, API design, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and experience working in agile teams (sprints, backlog refinement).
- Experience or interest in logistics/transport domains and optimization algorithms is a plus.
