Microsoft Power Platform Engineer at iTalenters

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and scale business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Lead and operate the Center of Excellence (CoE): define governance, best practices, and controls for global platform use.
- Implement secure, reliable integrations between Power Platform and core systems (SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise services).
- Collaborate with international teams to deploy digitalization, BI and AI initiatives and ensure application performance in production.
- Coach and enable Citizen Developers: create guidance, run trainings, and promote safe self-service development.
- Ensure quality through testing, monitoring, and lifecycle management from development to production.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent technical field.
- ~5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Experience with CoE initiatives, platform governance, and integration patterns (SAP/Salesforce integration desirable).
- Strong English (C1/C2) and track record working in multicultural, distributed teams.
- Results-oriented, autonomous, adaptable to change, and comfortable in a fast-growing innovation lab environment.
