About the role

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap for high-impact marketplace initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end discovery and delivery with cross-functional squads (engineering, design, analytics, ops).
- Partner with engineering leadership to shape scalable product architecture, API integrations and data flows.
- Drive experimentation and insight-led decisions using A/B testing, analytics and user research.
- Communicate strategy, trade-offs and priorities to executives and stakeholders to secure alignment.
- Mentor and raise product craft across the chapter through coaching and shared best practices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience defining product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes (conversion, retention, revenue or liquidity).
- Strong collaboration with engineering on technical architecture, APIs and data-driven product design.
- Skilled in quantitative analytics, experimentation and user research to build evidence-based roadmaps.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritising high-leverage opportunities and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English; Spanish and marketplace/e-commerce background are strong advantages.
