Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily transaction flows to detect anomalies, declines, and potential fraud.
- Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analyses; document findings and corrective actions.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports with actionable insights on approval/decline rates, regional trends, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with 100+ payment providers and internal product/engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration or operational issues.
- Support optimization of routing, reconciliation and monitoring processes to improve success rates and reduce costs.
- Provide analytical support across teams, maintaining high accuracy and clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 2+ years in payment operations, transaction monitoring, or data analysis (fintech, iGaming, or e‑commerce preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel and Google Sheets for data extraction and analysis.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets, spot trends, and recommend data-driven actions.
- Excellent attention to detail, patience for repetitive workflows, and strong organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with external providers and internal teams.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and changing priorities.
