About the role

Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI & GPU infrastructure across Leaseweb's cloud offerings.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to identify product opportunities and differentiation.
- Work closely with engineering, data centre ops and hardware vendors to specify GPU server configurations and deployments.
- Lead go-to-market planning, pricing, sales enablement and lifecycle management for AI/GPU products.
- Track product performance and KPIs, iterate on features and commercial terms to meet business goals.
- Evangelise Leaseweb's AI & GPU capabilities internally and to customers, providing clear positioning and technical guidance.

Requirements:
- 7+ years product management experience, with hands-on exposure to AI/GPU or HPC infrastructure products.
- Deep technical understanding of cloud/IaaS components relevant to AI workloads (GPU servers, networking, storage, power).
- Commercial experience in B2B product management (P&L awareness, GTM, pricing and sales enablement).
- Degree in computer science, engineering or business; strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and ability to translate technical constraints into customer value.

Responsibilities

Lead the product strategy for AI & GPU infrastructure, defining and executing the long-term roadmap across Leaseweb's AI cloud offerings. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure features are developed, launched, and continuously optimized.

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience in AI & GPU or HPC infrastructure, with deep cloud/IaaS knowledge. Bachelor's or master's in CS/Engineering/Business, plus commercial product experience including GTM, pricing, and sales enablement.
