About the role
Responsibilities:
- Own the Vision Suite end-to-end: product vision, roadmap and delivery for the AI capture system used by chefs.
- Lead customer discovery with kitchens, translate findings into clear requirements and measurable success metrics.
- Prioritise and manage backlog, coordinate releases and align three engineering teams and multiple hardware generations.
- Define ML service and hardware priorities where they affect the Vision experience and ensure coherent UX across devices.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Customer Success, Operations and Commercial teams.
- Monitor product performance, iterate using data, and communicate roadmap progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Significant product management experience shipping AI-enabled or hardware-software products at scale.
- Strong customer discovery, user research and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engineering teams, backlogs, sprints and product launches.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and commercial functions.
- Experience working with ML teams and hardware constraints; pragmatic, delivery-focused and customer-centric mindset.
