Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain scalable full‑stack systems and user-facing product features.
- Translate ambiguous product problems into production-ready, maintainable solutions across frontend, backend and deployment.
- Ship quickly, iterate with customer feedback and own end-to-end feature delivery (design → implementation → monitoring).
- Establish and improve engineering patterns, code quality and long-term technical direction.
- Work closely with product, design and customers to ensure usability and impact.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years building production software with strong systems thinking across the stack (frontend, backend, data, infra).
- Proficiency in languages and tools such as Java, Python, Postgres, React and TypeScript (or similar stack).
- Product-minded: proven track record of turning ideas into software users love and owning outcomes end-to-end.
- High agency, ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment and iterate quickly.
- Interest or experience in AI-powered products and a pragmatic approach to trade-offs and maintainability.
