Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain scalable, reliable product features across frontend and backend.
- Own end-to-end execution: translate ambiguous problems into shippable solutions from design through deployment and monitoring.
- Ship rapidly and iterate with real customer feedback; deliver incremental improvements weekly.
- Collaborate closely with product, design and customer-facing teams to prioritise impactful work.
- Contribute to architecture and operational decisions to keep systems maintainable and scalable.
Requirements:
- Proven experience shipping production software end-to-end and iterating with user feedback.
- Strong product intuition and experience working closely with design and product on user workflows.
- Solid systems thinking: design reliable, maintainable systems and debug cross-stack issues.
- Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and regular delivery cadence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive about identifying product needs.
