Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver customer-facing frontend features end-to-end (idea → design → build → production) using Next.js, TypeScript and React.
- Partner with users and product to map workflows, validate solutions, and measure impact on claims processing speed and accuracy.
- Define and maintain frontend patterns, component libraries, accessibility, testing and performance standards to improve consistency and usability across the platform.
- Apply AI-enabled tooling and modern frontend techniques to boost user productivity and reduce operational friction.
- Review code, mentor peers, and contribute to CI/CD, observability and release practices.

Requirements:
- Strong frontend engineering experience with Next.js, TypeScript, React and CSS frameworks (Tailwind or equivalent).
- Demonstrated technical problem-solving skills and ability to learn new domains quickly (insurance/claims a plus).
- Clear product judgement and user-centric approach with experience shipping customer-facing UIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP), frontend testing, performance optimisation and accessibility best practices.
- Effective communicator who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and works well across product and operations teams.
