Responsibilities:
- Own and optimise the test strategy and processes within an agile team; act as the team's testing lead.
- Ensure test readiness: infrastructure, environments and test data prepared for execution.
- Design, build and expand backend test automation to increase coverage and reliability.
- Provide clear test progress reporting and take responsibility for final test sign-off before releases.
- Support Continuous Testing and Continuous Delivery practices and contribute to test-related documentation.

Requirements:
- 4+ years professional experience, including minimum 2+ years focused on software testing and QA.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Serenity, Karate, TestNG, Cucumber) and REST API testing.
- Proficiency in Java or Kotlin and experience building or maintaining automated test frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, continuous testing and CI/CD practices; ISTQB is a plus.
- Fluency in German (minimum B2) and good English (B2 preferred).
- Strong communication, teamwork, analytical skills, and a proactive, organized approach to quality assurance.
