Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain cloud-native enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and related services.
- Implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and end-to-end data pipelines (ingest, transform, orchestrate, store).
- Lead migrations from Azure Data Factory to Fabric, and develop solutions with OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Notebooks and Semantic Models.
- Create scalable ETL/ELT processes, data models and analytics-ready datasets for reporting and AI use cases (Power BI integration).
- Apply best practices in data governance, security, lineage, quality monitoring and operational maintainability.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants and product owners in agile projects and produce clear technical documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field; professional English proficiency.
- 5+ years’ experience in Data Engineering, platform development or data architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric across the data lifecycle and practical Azure Data Factory experience (migrations a plus).
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, Apache Spark/Delta Lake, data modeling and performance tuning.
- Proven knowledge of data governance, security practices, monitoring and enterprise-scale deployments.
- Consulting or client-facing experience, excellent communication and ability to work in fast-paced transformation projects.
