Responsibilities:
- Define and own the growth platform strategy and roadmap to unlock conversion, activation, retention, and rapid market launches.
- Prioritise foundational capabilities (personalisation, authentication, event tracking, experimentation, AI touchpoints) that scale across markets.
- Work with cross-functional squads (engineering, design, analytics, clinical) to deliver platform features and measure their impact.
- Translate product and business goals into clear success metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data.
- Enable faster market rollouts by building reusable platform primitives and operational playbooks.

Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience focused on growth, platform, data, or infrastructure with measurable outcomes.
- Strong data fluency: comfortable defining event models, interpreting funnel metrics, and running experiments.
- Experience aligning multiple stakeholders and prioritising long-term platform investments over one-off requests.
- Familiarity with authentication, feature flags, personalization, and AI integrations is desirable.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, able to define roadmaps from first principles, and based in Berlin or London.
