Senior Software Engineer - Digital Marketing/Customer Experience at Sonova AG

Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain scalable backend applications, services, and integrations.
- Develop robust APIs and backend services using TypeScript and Node.js.
- Implement cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform and manage infrastructure via Terraform (IaC).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and business stakeholders to deliver customer-facing marketing and care solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and improve system reliability.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, CI/CD workflows, and engineering best practices.
- Design automation to support customer care and operational processes.

Requirements:
- 6+ years professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (GCP and/or AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Solid understanding of software architecture, testing, CI/CD, and code quality practices.
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating across functions.
- Business-minded with a focus on building high-quality digital products and measurable impact.
