Responsibilities:
- Design and own secure, scalable microservices in Node.js/TypeScript and React frontends; deliver end-to-end features and APIs (OpenAPI/REST).
- Architect and implement AI-powered features: LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, multi-step agentic workflows and prompt tooling.
- Lead architecture and implementation decisions; embed monitoring, testing and compliance checks into AI workflows and pipelines.
- Mentor engineers on best practices, prompt engineering, safe AI usage and production-grade deployments.
- Pilot new tooling, integrate governance and observability into CI/CD, and optimize for performance, cost and resilience.

Requirements:
- 5–7 years professional software engineering experience with strong experience in Node.js/TypeScript and React.
- Practical AWS serverless experience and familiarity with IaC (CDK, Terraform), Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of LLM concepts (hallucinations, prompt sensitivity), RAG systems and prompt engineering practices.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL preferred), schema design and performance optimization.
- Strong security awareness (IAM, secrets management), observability experience and ability to balance innovation with governance.
