Responsibilities:
- Architect, build and maintain cross-platform libraries (Rust/WebAssembly) used by web, iOS and Android clients.
- Own features end-to-end: specification, implementation, integration and platform-specific deployment.
- Implement performant, memory-safe code and optimize critical paths for throughput and latency.
- Collaborate with product, mobile and web teams to ensure consistent APIs and UX across platforms.
- Contribute to live collaboration features, run code reviews, and mentor peers.
- Research and propose technology improvements, performance optimizations and tooling enhancements.

Requirements:
- Proven production experience with Rust; C/C++ background is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with at least one higher-level language (Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience delivering cross-platform client-side libraries and simple, well-documented APIs.
- Knowledge or exposure to WebAssembly, OpenGL/Metal/WebGPU is a plus.
- Comfortable owning features in a fast-paced startup environment; strong communication and teamwork skills.
- English fluency; willingness to work remotely from supported countries and travel for team events.
