Responsibilities:
- Design and defend the micro-frontend portal architecture and module contract.
- Develop the portal Core, delivery templates, CI/CD pipelines and documentation for module teams.
- Migrate the existing Localization Hub as the first portal module and support onboarding.
- Build and maintain a shared component library using Atomic Design and Storybook, contributing to visual design standards.
- Set module standards, enforce testing and code-review practices, and own portal performance budgets (loading, bundle size, rendering).
- Investigate and resolve production frontend issues, focusing on root causes and performance regressions.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product and module teams on APIs, requirements and roadmap priorities.
- Mentor engineers and improve frontend architecture, testing, and performance practices across teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years commercial frontend experience with strong React and TypeScript skills.
- Deep HTML/CSS knowledge and experience building responsive, reusable components.
- Experience delivering micro-frontend platforms in production (Module Federation, Next.js Multi-Zones or equivalent) with Vite and React Router.
- Proven track record setting up CI/CD for frontend modules and creating delivery templates and documentation.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit, integration, E2E), Storybook, and component-driven development.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, bundle-splitting and runtime rendering concerns.
- Good communicator and mentor; able to onboard teams and drive front-end standards.
- Experience with source control, observability (Sentry or similar) and collaboration tools.
