Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Work on greenfield projects and improve existing systems for card payments, treasury management, transactions booking and crypto liquidity.
- Apply TDD, DDD and CI/CD practices to deliver maintainable, high-quality code.
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into implementation and own delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning and operational readiness for production services.

Requirements:
- Demonstrable backend development experience with Java (preferably recent Java versions) and Spring Boot.
- Practical experience with Postgres and building RESTful microservices.
- Familiarity with TDD, DDD, CI/CD practices and clean, maintainable code principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related discipline preferred.
- Strong English communication skills and experience working in fast-paced or hypergrowth environments.
