Responsibilities:
- Partner with labs to automate experiments end-to-end using Claude: advise, prototype and ship production integrations with lab robots, instruments and LIMS.
- Build reusable cookbooks, documentation and evaluation suites to scale solutions across many labs.
- Drive product, engineering and research direction by translating field learnings into MHS features, evals and tooling.
- Act as a technical ambassador: present at conferences, onboard partners and build trust with scientific audiences.
- Travel frequently to customer sites to deliver hands-on deployments and gather real-world feedback.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience connecting software to lab instruments (liquid handlers, plate readers, schedulers, LIMS) or building automated labs.
- Strong engineering skills: ability to take LLM-powered prototypes to production-quality code and evaluation frameworks.
- Scientific intuition for experiments: ability to identify automation value, failure modes and safety risks in physical workflows.
- Experience working directly with external partners/customers and clear written/verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with a scrappy, multi-role environment and significant travel across EMEA.
