Responsibilities:
- Serve as a deep technical advisor to high-growth, tech-forward customers, guiding architecture, agent design, evaluation, and production decisions.
- Work hands-on with customer engineering teams: pair program, perform architecture reviews, and contribute code to move prototypes to production.
- Build prototypes, reference architectures, evaluation suites, and deployment patterns that enable scalable Claude integrations.
- Produce developer-facing technical content: documentation, tutorials, sample code, and architecture diagrams.
- Partner closely with Applied AI Architects, Product, and Engineering to surface recurring patterns and product feedback.
- Run and support developer engagement activities: workshops, office hours, webinars, hackathons, and onsite implementation support.
Requirements:
- 4+ years as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder with hands-on delivery experience.
- Customer-facing or pre-sales technical experience partnering with customers to scope, design, and deliver solutions.
- Production experience building LLM-powered applications: prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
- Strong Python skills and proven software engineering practices for building production systems.
- Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills; able to pair program, present architectures, and translate insights into product feedback.
- Comfortable with occasional travel to customer sites for workshops and implementation support.
