Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reproducible multi-omic data analysis pipelines and workflows for plant biology research.
- Build interactive visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Plotly Dash, R Shiny) to enable exploratory analysis and stakeholder review.
- Prepare and structure data and metadata following FAIR principles; produce inputs for agentic workflows and downstream tools.
- Collaborate with phenotyping, lab, and research teams to translate experimental requirements into computational solutions.
- Validate, document, and version-control analyses; assist with data QA, HPC job management, and deployment to shared compute resources.

Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in a quantitative or life-science discipline with hands-on experience in bioinformatics data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R and experience with visualization libraries and dashboard frameworks.
- Familiarity with multi-omic data types (FASTQ, BAM, VCF), reference genomes, and common preprocessing steps.
- Experience with FAIR data practices, metadata standards, Linux/HPC environments (e.g., SLURM), and container/OCI tooling.
- Strong statistical reasoning, data-cleaning skills, and the ability to communicate results to cross-disciplinary teams.
