Responsibilities:
- Operate and administer the Citizen AI toolkit: configure tools, manage access and licences, monitor usage and control costs.
- Coordinate technical support with IT and vendors and escalate issues affecting availability or security.
- Enable and test integrations between self-service AI tools and business systems/knowledge sources with IT and system owners.
- Run hands-on pilots to evaluate new tools and features; assess usability, output quality, cost and recommend rollouts.
- Support and coach citizen developers in building, testing and publishing agents, apps and workflows; provide troubleshooting and practical guidance.
- Create reusable prompts, templates and accelerators; maintain Marketplace listings and documentation for discoverability.
- Plan and deliver onboarding, training and adoption activities; collect feedback and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in product management, digital workplace services or technology enablement.
- Hands-on experience with AI assistants and low-code/automation tools for business tasks.
- Understanding of enterprise access, licensing, data handling, security and AI output limitations.
- Strong facilitation, training and documentation skills; experience supporting communities of practice.
- Ability to use adoption metrics, user feedback and cost/benefit evidence to make product decisions.
- Fluent in English and able to collaborate across global business and technical teams.
