Responsibilities:
- Design, build and iterate scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Deploy and operate containerized microservices using Kubernetes (GKE), Docker and Helm.
- Implement and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitbucket Pipelines) and multi-stage Docker builds.
- Manage Infrastructure as Code to provision repeatable, secure environments.
- Build internal automation and tooling using TypeScript and Deno.
- Monitor platform health, define SLOs, perform incident management and post-incident reviews.
- Enforce security best practices: IAM least privilege, TLS hardening and container vulnerability scanning.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP services (GKE, Cloud Monitoring/Logging, Artifact Registry, Secret Manager, Cloud SQL).
- Proven Kubernetes and Docker expertise, including Helm and production deployment patterns.
- Practical IaC experience and familiarity with GitOps workflows for deployments.
- Solid programming skills in TypeScript; experience with Deno a plus.
- Knowledge of networking on GCP (VPC, DNS, load balancers) and PostgreSQL operations.
- Experience with monitoring, SLOs, incident response and platform security.
- Professional English; willingness to work hybrid (2–3 days remote) and relocate if needed (relocation covered).
