Responsibilities:
- Lead design and operation of a scalable platform on GCP to support production microservices.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters (GKE), Docker lifecycles and Helm deployments.
- Own CI/CD and GitOps workflows, ensuring safe, automated releases.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code for consistent environments.
- Build internal automation and tooling using TypeScript/Deno as needed.
- Define and measure SLOs, run incident response and drive reliability improvements.
- Enforce security standards: IAM, TLS, vulnerability scanning and secure networking.
Requirements:
- Extensive GCP experience (GKE, Cloud Monitoring/Logging, Artifact Registry, Secret Manager, Cloud SQL/Postgres).
- Advanced Kubernetes, Docker and Helm knowledge and production experience.
- Strong background in IaC, GitOps and CI/CD engineering.
- Proficient in TypeScript; Deno experience beneficial.
- Solid understanding of cloud networking (VPC, DNS, LB), monitoring and security.
- Proven incident management and platform reliability skills; professional English required.
- Hybrid-capable (2–3 days remote) with relocation support available.
