Responsibilities:
- Architect and evolve the core GCP platform to support scalable microservices.
- Operate and optimize Kubernetes (GKE) clusters, Docker images and Helm charts.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitOps practices and Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Deliver Infrastructure as Code for reproducible and secure environments.
- Develop internal automation tools using TypeScript and Deno.
- Monitor performance, set SLOs, and lead incident response and remediation.
- Apply security controls: IAM policies, TLS configuration and container scanning.
Requirements:
- Deep experience with GCP services (GKE, Cloud Monitoring/Logging, Secret Manager, Artifact Registry, Cloud SQL).
- Strong Kubernetes, Docker and Helm skills; experience with multi-stage Docker builds.
- Proven background with IaC and GitOps-driven deployments.
- Proficient in TypeScript; experience with Deno advantageous.
- Familiarity with networking (VPC, DNS, load balancing) and PostgreSQL administration.
- Solid incident management, monitoring and system security practices.
- Professional English and readiness for hybrid work (2–3 days remote) with relocation support if needed.
