Responsibilities:
- Hybrid-remote role (Graz office; 2–3 days remote/week) with relocation package available.
- Architect, build and evolve scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Orchestrate containerized microservices using Kubernetes (GKE), Docker and Helm.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (Bitbucket Pipelines or similar).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code for repeatable, secure environments and deploy automation tooling.
- Build internal tools and automation using TypeScript and Deno.
- Monitor platform health, define SLOs, and lead incident response and remediation.
- Apply security best practices: IAM least-privilege, TLS hardening and container vulnerability scanning.

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP services (GKE, Cloud Logging/Monitoring, Artifact Registry, Secret Manager, Cloud SQL, VPC, Load Balancing).
- Proven Kubernetes and Docker expertise; comfortable with Helm and multi-stage Docker builds.
- Experience implementing CI/CD, GitOps and Infrastructure as Code patterns.
- Solid programming skills in TypeScript and Deno for internal tooling and automation.
- Knowledge of platform monitoring, incident management and system security practices.
- Professional English communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
