Responsibilities:
- Extract, transform, and validate data using SQL to prepare datasets for analysis.
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Partner with product, management, and cross-functional teams to define and track KPIs.
- Work with BI colleagues and data engineers to improve data pipelines, reduce technical debt, and scale the data warehouse.
Requirements:
- Minimum ~2 years of experience in data analytics or BI and relevant educational background.
- Strong SQL skills with experience handling large datasets and writing performant queries.
- Hands-on Tableau experience and ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and applying them to business questions.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills; fluent in English.
- Advantage: knowledge of Python or R and experience with data engineering concepts.
