Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of customer‑facing payment flows used by millions, improving usability and reducing friction.
- Own features end‑to‑end: propose, build, ship, measure impact and iterate to keep them reliable in production.
- Collaborate closely with product, design and research to define journeys, validate ideas and prioritize work.
- Raise web craft by delivering performant, accessible interfaces with clear interactions and robust error handling.
- Share best practices across the team and contribute to technical decisions, tests and CI/CD workflows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience shipping customer‑facing web products at scale with measurable impact.
- Strong JavaScript and browser fundamentals; production experience with React (or similar) and TypeScript.
- Node.js experience for frontend build and server tasks, plus familiarity with server‑side rendering where relevant.
- Strong UX sensibility and attention to interaction detail, performance and accessibility.
- Ability to make long‑term technical decisions, write clear/testable/maintainable code, and work autonomously in cross‑functional teams.
