Responsibilities:
- Use SQL to extract, transform, and validate large datasets from internal sources for analysis.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable business insights.
- Define and measure KPIs in partnership with product, management, and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze business problems, identify trends, root causes, and opportunities, and communicate findings clearly.
- Collaborate with BI teammates and data engineers to improve data pipelines, reduce technical debt, and scale the warehouse.
- Proactively surface insights and risks beyond ad-hoc requests to inform decision-making.

Requirements:
- 2+ years in a Data Analyst / BI role or similar with relevant educational background (Data Science, Statistics, Math, or related).
- Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and optimizing large datasets; Python or R is a plus.
- Hands-on experience creating dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools and presenting results to stakeholders.
- Good understanding of data modeling, KPI design, statistical methods, and metrics documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
