Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean and analyze complex partnership datasets to deliver actionable insights and regular reports.
- Design, run and interpret A/B tests and experiments to optimize product, conversion and partner outcomes.
- Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends, performance and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Validate analytical outputs, ensure audit-ready results and maintain documentation of methods and checks.
- Explore, design and deploy AI-assisted workflows (LLM prompting, RAG, embeddings) to speed recurring analysis and reporting.
- Define validation rules and monitor AI output quality; collaborate to embed AI into analytics processes and scale best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, CS, Statistics, Mathematics or related and 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; solid grounding in statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with machine learning or LLM-based tools and practical knowledge of AI-assisted analytics workflows.
- Familiarity with experimental design (A/B testing), data visualization and building production-ready reports.
- Good communication, documentation skills, attention to data integrity and ability to work in cross-functional/agile teams.
